Meet Nagwa – Founder & Visionary
Nagwa’s journey has taken her across the world, from earning a BS in International Business from Cairo University, to living in Canada, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and now Cincinnati, Ohio. With an MBA and Doctorate in Organizational Management & Leadership, her career in Corporate America spanned management, IT, quality, Six Sigma, and process excellence.
But beyond titles and achievements, Nagwa is a mother of three accomplished sons—Amro, Ahmad, and Mahmoud—each of whom has pursued advanced degrees in engineering, as well as a proud grandmother to Audrey and Noah. Her love for travel and learning has taken her to more than a dozen countries across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America.
Nagwa’s heart has always been in helping others, and Liberty Home Care reflects that lifelong passion. Her vision is to continue serving families, building strong community ties, and empowering seniors to live with dignity and joy.
Meet Mahmoud – Operations & Growth
Born in Minnesota and raised in Mason, Ohio, Mahmoud graduated from Wright State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. His career began in manufacturing facilities before joining Caterpillar, where he Worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Caterpillar in Indiana.
Outside of work, Mahmoud enjoys cars, golfing, snowboarding, hiking National Parks, and traveling with his partner Alexandra and their two cats, Kosey and Cairo. With a strong passion for helping others, he stepped away from his engineering career to join his mother in growing Liberty Home Care, ensuring that the business continues to serve families with dedication, compassion, and excellence.
